2010 PALO ALTO SCHEDULE (JULY/AUGUST)

L1 — Little or no experience required.

Mixed — All Levels Welcome.
L2 — Advanced Level. Must have recently taken a minimum of 10 Mixed level classes.

Reserve Class In Advance

ONLINE up to 60 minutes prior to class time. You will receive an email confirmation.

TELEPHONE (650.329.8875) OR IN PERSON

Reserve a spot up to the start time of the class.

After hours calls receive a next day call back only if the class is already full.

Cancellation Policy

Classes must be cancelled 60 minutes in advance or be charged.

EXCEPT the First class of the day must be cancelled 12 hours in advance.

No Exceptions.

Pricing for The Bar Method San Mateo & Palo Alto Studios

Packages valid for and can be shared between the San Mateo & Palo Alto Studios. Valid as of April 2010.

Refunds & Transfer Policy

- Refunds available within 7-days of purchase (less the cost of any classes taken)

- Classes ARE transferrable to other Bar Method San Mateo & Palo Alto clients.

- Classes are NOT transferrable to other Bar Method locations unless specifically noted.

New Bar Method Clients

The $100 New Client Special is available for purchase online or at the Bar Method Palo Alto or San Mateo studios. This package is for exclusive use at the Bar Method Palo Alto and San Mateo locations and is only available to first-time clients who are new to our studios.

How to sign up?

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

CLASS RESERVATIONS

Reservations are available for classes 365 days in advance with valid class package in account. 

Single Reservations may be made online, by phone, or in person.  

Recurring reservations should be made online only.
You may reserve ONLY one class time per day, but be waitlisted for more than one until you secure a spot. 

WAITLIST POLICY
If a class is full, you can add your name to the waitlist online up to 60 minutes before the start of all classes. As a spot opens up, you will be added to the class and sent an email confirmation, but please call the front desk to confirm your spot if you do not have access to your email: 650.329.8875

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be cancelled 60 minutes in advance for all classes except the earliest AM classes, (which require cancellation 12 hours in advance) or you will be charged*. No Exceptions.  Reservations may be cancelled online or by phone (including voicemail).

*Class packages lose one class. Unlimited packages including Monthly Unlimited Auto-Renew lose one day.

Facilities

Bar Method Palo Alto has two workout studios and locker room facilities with showers for women. Hairdryers are provided. Additional unisex lockers and a restroom are also available (no showers).

Location/Parking

Town & Country Village is conveniently located at the intersection of Embarcadero and El Camino Real in Palo Alto. The Bar Method is located next door to the Village Cheese House, and across the path from Day One Center. The center provides ample parking with additional parking available in the surrounding area. Village shopping includes Sur La Table, Peet's Coffee, Mayfield Cafe and Trader Joe's.

Map/Directions

From 101: Exit Embarcadero/Oregon West. Follow 2.3 miles towards Stanford University. Turn Right into Town & Country parking lot on corner of El Camino Real and Embarcadero.

From 280: Exit Sand Hill Road/Menlo Park East. Follow to El Camino Real. Turn Right at El Camino Real and follow to Town & Country Village on corner of El Camino Real and Embarcadero.
